• The Vendor agrees that all exhibits and literature must conform to the educational and administrative standards of the sponsoring organization, Torah Umesorah. Torah Umesorah reserves the right to reject material, displays, and exhibits, in total or part, even during the Convention.


• The Vendor agrees to ensure that the aisle and any public walk space near and around the booth is clear and unobstructed from cables, displays, or marketing materials that may present a safety risk to delegates.


• The Vendor agrees to cover muktza materials for Shabbos.


• Torah Umesorah bears no responsibility for any damages or loss incurred due to unsupervised materials during any time of the Convention.


• The Vendor agrees that all display ads will conform to the educational and administrative standards of the sponsoring organization. Torah Umesorah reserves the right to reject any ads or literature.


• Torah Umesorah cannot design or revise artwork fully or partially for any ad displays.


• Torah Umesorah is not responsible for display ads' omissions, design, or printing errors.
