• I have read through the room rates and understand that I chose my room based on the description and rates that were available.


• I understand that should there be any changes or additions to my registration, including babysitting, additional guests, or services, the charge will be altered accordingly.


• I agree to allow Torah Umesorah to charge the credit card. (All amounts are in US dollars.)


• I understand the cancellation policy -
  • Full refund by October 16, 2024
  • Partial Refund by October 28, 2024
  • After October 28, refunds will not be given unless the room is able to be sold to someone else

• The Vendor agrees that all exhibits and literature must conform to the educational and administrative standards of the sponsoring organization, Torah Umesorah. Torah Umesorah reserves the right to reject material, displays, and exhibits, in total or part, even during the Convention.


• The Vendor agrees to ensure that the aisle and any public walk space near and around the booth is clear and unobstructed from cables, displays, or marketing materials that may present a safety risk to delegates.


• The Vendor agrees to cover muktza materials for Shabbos.


• Torah Umesorah bears no responsibility for any damages or loss incurred due to unsupervised materials during any time of the Convention.


• The Vendor agrees that all display ads will conform to the educational and administrative standards of the sponsoring organization. Torah Umesorah reserves the right to reject any ads or literature.


• Torah Umesorah cannot design or revise artwork fully or partially for any ad displays.


• Torah Umesorah is not responsible for display ads' omissions, design, or printing errors.
